Total revenue for the fourth quarter was $122.3 million compared to $93.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2012, an increase of 31%. GAAP net loss for the quarter was $3.5 million or a loss of $0.04 per fully diluted share, compared to net income of $0.3 million, or $0.00 per fully diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2012.
