For any doubters.....

If KMAG intends to file Form 211, the move to Pinks will take place usually on the same day. So who is to say that it could only simply be a matter of days before all this is fixed.

I am an investor inquiring as to whether KMAG, recently delisted to the grey market, has filed their Form 211 to resume trading in OTC Pink. Any information is appreciated.

A 211 request has not been filed. Upon clearance any changes will be reflected on the otc daily list.

Once it is received from market Reg it will generally undergo a market move same day. The daily list can be found at otcbb.com.
