Right. Whoever is the attorney for iequity presumably approved the AVNE/iequity deal, a fiasco slamed by SEC. That doesn't sound like a good attorney. Did he/she tell iequity they own the IP and can transfer it out to a public company for a controlling stake in that company that redounds to iequity, while at the same time SK3 is licensor? -- that sounds like an act of grand theft.
