I do recall that as well, besides it is the shareholders (FITX) that are giving up a $100,000,000.00 of profits for this agreement, once we have achieved a cumulative manufacturing and sales volume of one million pounds of cannabis.
"Furthermore, if and when CEN Biotech achieves cumulative manufacturing and sales volume of one million pounds of cannabis, OGI will be entitled to a $100 million payment."
