You will never get a true answer. What amazes me is what is the difference of trading on the pinks or on the GREYS? The stock was clearly manipulated by those associated or posting on the IHUB board. There is a clear pattern of companies that become actively traded and reach the #1 board. There is a group behind the scenes that solicits the SEC to initiate this. It's blatantly clear and the patterns speak for itself.
