I don't find it confounding at all. Yes there is a lot of information on FITX to do your DD. In my mind there is enough information on the company that made me want to take the plunge and invest, however, many investors prefer less risk and are waiting for the almighty license. There are no guarantees unless the license is in hand. The license is gold.
