Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE: XEC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 16 cents-per-share. The dividend is payable on June 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2014. The quarterly dividend was increased from 14 cents-per-share. This is the fifth consecutive year that the company has increased its cash dividend.
