Investors/traders, I came across this during my search as to why the company would not allow information to shareholders of a public company through their own T/A. We as shareholders have a right to know the A/S, O/S & R/S without trying to get a hold of a company officer for this information. I think this to be out of character for this comapny but we do have new people on board, especially Wayne Kalish. I'll post excerpts from links and offer my opinion. I would love to hear from anyone with experience over the years regarding the gagging of any T/A and the aftermath of it, good or bad. It has been mentioned for months now, about four or five, that huge news was on the way. I realize at times that the cart gets in front of the horse, and a PR won't be released unless all the ducks are lined up in a row. I've been waiting patiently for this news to hit if it's true. Here's the scenario I'm suggesting. I don't know if it will happen, but here it is. Is it possible a merger/aquisition will be taking place? I base this on this exerpt: People are concerned about the TA being gagged.... he explained that information being dispersed to individuals is against the law and while they are in the process of doing an acquisition the TA will be gagged. When it is completed the gag will be removed. A PR will be released when the acquisition is completed explaining all. I would like your opinion over the last two weeks and going forward if you don't mind as to the action with level two. If there's going to be dilution it should be traceable through level two, correct? I have a hard time believing the company is up to no good. Actually, to the contrary. I think they are up to something really good. That's why I think there might be some kind of merger/aquisition, however I have to allow for the possibility that maybe the T/A is being over run with calls about the share structure. Here's a link for that idea: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg...d=80106949 The last thing I have is a link from Chasing Stars. Some of you are quite familiar with David. Here's what he said about a gagged T/A in this link: http://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=7942 So with all that is written here, if there is anyone with other notions as to why the T/A would be gagged please post what is on your mind. Thank you, and have a great day!
