Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income), The Monthly Dividend Company®, (NYSE:O), today announced its board of directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.1824792 per share from $0.1821667 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2014. This is the 75th dividend increase since Realty Income went public in 1994. The new monthly dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of approximately $2.19 per share as compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of approximately $2.186 per share. The company continues its long-term policy of declaring and paying dividends on a monthly, rather than on a quarterly, basis. Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income), The Monthly Dividend Company®, (NYSE:O), today announced that its Board of Directors declared dividends on the company's Monthly Income Class E and Class F preferred stock. The monthly dividends on the Class E and Class F preferred stock are payable on April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2014. The monthly dividend amount on the Class E preferred stock is $0.140625 per share, for an annualized amount of $1.6875 per share. The monthly dividend amount on the Class F preferred stock is $0.138021 per share, for an annualized amount of $1.656252 per share.
