That's what I think, too. Just because it's 'never been done before', doesn't mean KMAG can't be the first, especially since 'all the others' probably never had the money or quality legal counsel to do it like KMAG does.
Methinks back to the pinks within a month.
If the supposed 'error' is proven to be simple, MMs aren't going to be sticklers. MMs are losing money not being able to trade this.
