Nature of OTC. When you least expect it, BAM!!! And it's only October 1st. No one is selling. We will clear .004 by Wednesday. Accumulation precedes price. This is a textbook stairstep stock. No prudent trader likes big gaps and crazy swing in pps. GLTY
