Eh, I dunno, that's jumping to conclusions I think.. If the dude just sold a couple million shares I wouldn't even think twice about it.. I trade for a living so I sell shares to pay my bills all the time.. If he sold all 34 million,  I'd probably be a little more interested. That's why I was wondering how often they are filed..
