Anyone know when/how often insider sales are actua

Anyone know when/how often insider sales are actually reported to the public? We know Bill filed for 34m, but that doesn't mean he actually sold that many.. I haven't seen anything stating the actual numbers so I was curious if they are out yet and if not when they would generally be released..
