Not sure if all as as usual, but both indicated that they are working and producing. Screening is on going and they are getting ready for another shipment. I too, supsect they have plenty of ORE to process. I have not heard about the OMRI.  I know that Mexico requires a permit for every Country of origin destination and they can be slow.. As for shipping to China, we are all good!!
