Big Buyer Accumulating through Citadel

Citadel probably collected at around 860,000 shares today on bid. As mentioned earlier today they were at .034 ask with 710,000 shares. If you take a look at the time and sales below, you will see that in the last 2 hours of trading someone began dumping into their bid and eventually took CDEL out.

CDEL was next seen at .031 showing about 100,000 shares, then all the way down to .0301, until the last 10 minutes of trading where they popped up to .0335 and were filled for 149,100 shares.

If you, me, or any other little retail were trying to accumulate our shares would not show up on CDEL. This is an institutional player. In addition, the movement I just described on bid indicates that they are actively accumulating. I am guessing that my hypothesis from earlier was correct, that they were inviting someone to clear out ther .034 bid for 710,000 shares. Then they brought it down low in case there was some real heavy panic selling, but ended up bringing it back up to .0335. I am guessing that this trader hasn't been playing TECO that long judging by those moves on bid, but he should catch on quickly.

Today's volume of 2.6 million shares was the highest since early September, and then again since early August. Whomever this mystery buyer is, hopefully they keep putting close to a million shares out down here and getting filled for the next couple of weeks. Then, when the time is right buy out ask to get the rally started.

The bottom line is that Citadel is probably representing a heavy weight and they are on bid. Something big is about to happen and VNDM, CSTI, and NITE's client(s) better get ready to start covering.
