It seems impossible to know how the new merger will be structured until they release more info. I own both stocks and have been advising people to buy SKTO and grab some AEGY too. I always tell not to invest more then they are willing to lose. I have brought 12 investors into these stocks. I know at least a few of them have brought in new investors as well. Grass roots movement!
