Very well written post! I agree with some things in your post. You make good points.
But here's the deal...if Steve wants to come on this public message forum with these so-called "updates", then why is he avoiding some real questions? It's almost as if he gives only half the story and expects us to bow down and not ask any questions about the other half. If he wants to tout all these things going on and relationships, etc, why is it so hard to answer a question about the metrics that are driving revenue? I'm not asking for a hard number as I understand those numbers will be released in the filings. I'm not even asking for a projection. I'm asking for a simple explanation for WHERE revenue is coming from since one of Steve's recent updates on this board has made it obvious that almost everything that was being touted as producing revenue has been cancelled. So the very simple question remains...where is the revenue coming from? That's all I'm looking for.
And by the way, there are plenty of other CEO's in OTC stocks that visit public forums to give information. Steve is not the only one. And other CEO's are willing to speak with shareholders through private email as well. I've asked these same types of questions to many CEO's of companies that I have invested in over the years. I'm not asking him any more or any less difficult questions than I have asked other CEO's. The difference I'm seeing here is this: when Steve is asked a question that he doesn't like, he resorts to name-calling and tries to skirt the issue with other rhetoric. That's the part that is frustrating me. He can tell us all about this dog-and-pony-show stuff, but at the end of the day, it boils down to revenue. So I am simply asking Steve to please explain to us how his business is positioned to create revenue. What is his business doing that directly results in revenue ending up in his bank account? Where is the revenue coming from? I've done as much DD as I can do on this company, and I still cannot answer that question. So I'm asking for Steve's help since he likes to come onto this public forum with all these updates. Is that asking too much?
The other part that slightly bothers me is that when I asked Steve if I was understanding correctly that most of the things that were supposedly creating revenue for 3Q had been cancelled, he was quick to answer, "You are wrong". But when I asked for an explanation of why I was wrong and asked where the revenue was coming from, he skirted the issue and resorted to similar tactics he uses with other people that asks him questions he doesn't like.
