Today Nobility Homes, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NOBH) announced sales and earnings results for its fiscal year ended November 2, 2013. Sales for fiscal year 2013 were up 17% to $18,525,950 as compared to $15,834,971 recorded in fiscal year 2012. Income from operations for fiscal year 2013 was $781,692 versus $150,012 in the same period a year ago. Net income after taxes was $747,106 as compared to $49,759 for the same period last year. The net income after taxes for fiscal year 2013 included a $289,990 non-cash loss from our investment in one retirement community limited partnership. Diluted earnings per share for fiscal year 2013 were $.18 per share compared to $.01 per share last year.
