Net income was $15.6 million, or $0.18 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2013, as compared to $16.7 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2012. Operational EBITDA ("OEBITDA") for the fourth quarter was $49.8 million, as compared to $52.3 million for the prior-year period, representing a year-over-year decline of 5 percent and an OEBITDA margin of 51 percent. OEBITDA fell largely due to lower equipment revenue.
