Inappropriate is talking about the plane. Talking about how merry it is over here and how it is now a social gathering for newbies. I have been in this stock since supplements and will stay here. I just see a lot of unnecessary posts by a lot of people. I try and defend on ihub but I only have 3 posts a day. That is where the posts need to be to defend others. I would say answer questions that need be here but for some reason FITX is only talked about half the time on here. Everyone needs to defend this company the best they can over there. Maybe I and upset because I have used my three posts today over there and I can't do anything else. I'm sorry about the weather comment but it doesn't make much difference now that footings are up and post are in. Moral is not a factor when you are working for someone in construction. It gets done because the boss says do it or he will find someone else to do it. Bashing an employee yes, but not weather. If the boss is good the employee will work his ass of no matter what the weather is.
