Revenue of $30.7 million for the third quarter of fiscal year 2014 decreased from $34.0 million in the previous quarter and $31.0 million in the same quarter a year ago. On a non-GAAP basis, gross margin was 49% and non-GAAP net income was $2.0 million, or $0.04 per fully diluted share.
