Unique Pizza and Subs Announces Master Franchisee in Michigan 

PITTSBURGH, March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (OTC Pink: UPZS) a Delaware Corporation, is pleased to announce it has signed a Master franchise agreement with Henry Kassab of Unique Pizza of Michigan LLC. Mr. Kassab and UPZS have agreed to a 30 year Master Franchise Agreement, which calls for his group to open 20+ locations throughout the Michigan and available Southern California territories. Mr. Kassab will work with Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. to open their own and franchised Unique Pizza locations, his group will help market, train, order product, negotiate local deals, convert and open new locations.

UPZS has narrowed its search down to two possible Monroeville spaces for its Showcase Location. They are currently in the final stages of negotiating the leases and have deemed both locations to be outstanding, so it now comes down to the most favorable lease.
