Many times, if not most times, when a stock announces an upcoming uplisting from the pink sheets to OTC, you will generally see a price per share (PPS) increase either leading up to the uplist or just after the uplist has occurred. A word of caution, be careful with any limit sell orders you may have just above the "then" current share price, otherwise don't be surprised to login to your stock account and find you have sold your shares during the run up to or after uplisting.
