Does anyone have any recommendations on good daily

Does anyone have any recommendations on good daily stock tracking software to run on a desktop? I've never really been in to following these on a daily basis until recently and although I can get real-time stats through my fidelity account I find that I'm wearing out the refresh button to see the changes (even though I'm not giving up any of my FITX).  Paid software or free. Doesn't matter.  Thanks in advance.
