Is this true? I've been looking all over SEC website and NASDAQ and can't find anything on this. It is posted on Bills page.
Peter Canellis GREG- new trading rules go into effect. Retail will not be able to Naked Short Sell OTC stocks. I am sure it will continue to some extent but individual companies need to pay attention to the short reports and report to the SEC. MM's will be able to naked short only when providing liquidity to the market (means filing buy orders) but will have 3 days instead of 10 days to cover their positions.

Peter Canellis This is why we have been getting pushed lower. MM's building their books on the long side so they dont get caught short on a massive swing and shorts covering before Friday. I think either later today or tomorrow we could start to get a short squeeze if they can't push it lower. Shorts are being met with buying in the .07's. It the mm's get their way the lowest we wil fall is .057 before massive buying comes in.
