After reading the Loyalty article again, I come to the following conclusions:
EWSI/Loyalty may in fact be creating the first E-Plant 1000 in China. They're using the EWSI Cincy facility as a showcase E-Plant 1000 facility domestically, and now maybe in the very near future we have a showcase facility in China!
"Pengzhou City is a northern suburb of Chengdu Sichuan Province and currently houses Loyalty Equipment Making headquarters and the region is slated to include a state-of-the-art showcase recycling facility."
This engineering equipment brings the industries' latest technologically advanced recycling systems to market with what is indicated as the most automated systems that have been developed to date by anyone. Automation means higher margins.
EWSI will secure the deals internationally. EWSI will have their brand name on the equipment for international projects and co-branded with Loyalty for Chinese projects. Loyalty equipment will be installed by Loyalty engineers. What this amounts to is EWSI having their own OEM and installation teams at their disposal for all E-Plant 1000 deals!! Everything will be under one roof (so to speak). This type of arrangement speaks directly to operational cost savings at all levels of the process.
Bottom line IMO is that having E-Plant 1000s dotted around the globe just got a whole lot more real and could now happen much quicker.
