The plans for building one have been re-engineered to meet HC's demand to speed up the build process. The vault will now go on the ground floor as soon as the floor is poured in place. The VAULT COMES IN 4'X4' and is assembled on-site like a Lego set. This will happen in a blink of the eye when they are ready. So CHILL on the "They are behind" stuff.
