‘Candy Crush’ maker King sees IPO at $21-$24/share
Mobile game developer King Digital Entertainment PLC said it plans to offer 22.2 million shares, with an estimated price of $21 to $24 each, in its initial public offering, according to a filing Wednesday.
The “Candy Crush Saga” maker said it expects to have 314.9 million shares outstanding after the offering.
Private-equity firm Apax Partners, which owns the biggest chunk of the company, will see its stake fall to 44% from 48% after the offering, according to the filing.
