Yellow7, Inc. (OTCQB: YLLC) a Texas corporation ("Yellow 7"), today announced that it is revising its cap-structure to better position the Company for future acquisitions and funding opportunities. The Company has received approval from FINRA for a 1-for-5,000 reverse split of the Company's common stock as of April 18, 2013. In addition, the Company has changed its name to Energy Today, Inc. to better reflect a new business direction. The Company's common shares will carry a "D" in the trading symbol; YLLCD (otcmarkets) for twenty days after the effective date and after the 20th day, the trading symbol will be changed to ENGR (otcmarkets) (to reflect the new name). The new CUSIP number is 2927W105.

As part of the acquisition, QED's CEO, Tom Makmann, was appointed CEO of Yellow7. Yellow7's prior management team, Jason Burgess and Jon Burgess, will remain in place to manage Yellow7's current business through its subsidiary, Yellow7 Interactive LLC.
