Crosshair Energy Corporation (TSX: CXX)(OTCQB: CRHRF) ("Crosshair" or the "Company") announces that it has terminated the Letter of Intent ("LOI") with Wealth Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: WML) to acquire all of Wealth Minerals' uranium properties in Argentina. The LOI was terminated by mutual agreement between Crosshair and Wealth.
