I'm not sure of the rules for picks! But anyway, I think Phil picked $WAFR, I 2nd that...
I really like $WEQL ( http://www.wellquestmedical.com/ ), super thin! Busted 700% on Friday-'aimhigh profits' or something gave it a tout this morning, so might be a fun one, BUT it's at .07, and I know that is high for some, so I'll say $REVO its down at .0013, I believe Insider buy at .005, and its due for some news!
