(OTC PINK: VLCO) ("ValCom" or the "Company"), an integrated entertainment company, announced today that the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") has accepted an Offer of Settlement submitted by the Company for the purpose of settlement of proceedings initiated by the SEC against the Company on May 15, 2013, due to the Company's failure to file periodic reports since June 30, 2011. Accordingly, on the basis of the Offer of Settlement, on July 29, 2013 the SEC issued an order revoking the registration of the Company's common stock pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
