I am saying that Wisconsin does not need a high speed ( initial estimates were for 60 MPH when cars can go 70) between Madison and Milwaukee. Give me a break about those who don't have cars BS - there is already a train running between Madison and Milwaukee plus bus service.

And Wisconsin does not have $8,000,000 to cough up every year to keep that train running! Amtrak already is a massive loser, never made a profit in a single year!
