Sunridge stock has been dually traded on both the OTC BB and OTC PK markets in the past, and it has brought some confusion to shareholders since both markets showed different quotes for the company's stock. Since all of the trading has been done on the OTC PK market, Sunridge has requested to be removed as an SEC reporting company.
