Restricted Shares! I do not know what the rules are pertaining to the 235,294,118 restricted shares once FITX gets the licence. How many can they sell right away? If PHOT shares go up significantly in value FITX could stand to make a bundle. The $0.17 price was at the time of issue but FITX will be able to sell at fair value.
