GM ALL !! Just FYI- for anyone not familiar with construction, this is the hard part happening right now. After all the footings are done, and it looks close, the erection of the building itself will go very quicky. And, planting ALL those fence posts is the most time consuming part of the fence as well. Once concrete is set, and receives inspection approval, the process will be very speedy for the rest. This is really great, and I am certainly impressed with the progress so far. Plans, permits, contracts, contractors, and of course the weather! I was a builder for 24 years, and I can certainly say, this is moving at a rapid pace with deadlines looking to be met, no matter what!!
GLTA here, we are very fortunate to be a part of something so BIG, and we dont even know how big yet!
