Multi-channel retailer Sears Canada Inc (TSX:SCC.TO) announced on Friday the closure of a transaction with Montez Income Properties Corporation, originally announced on 11 November 2013, to sell its 50% joint venture interest in eight properties that it owns with The Westcliff Group of Companies.
