Reunion Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: RGD) (the "Company") announces that it has issued convertible notes to two of its executive officers with an aggregate principal amount of $C 1,007,000 (the "Convertible Notes"). The issuance of the Convertible Notes was accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange on December 9, 2013. The Convertible Notes and the underlying common shares issuable upon conversion are subject to a four month hold period expiring April 10, 2014. As disclosed in the Company's news release of November 18, 2013, the Convertible Notes will bear interest at the rate of 1% per month until maturity. All of the outstanding principal and interest accrued will be repayable on the earlier of the completion of a minimum financing by Reunion or upon demand at any time after June 30, 2014.
