1) Considering Robert Kirkup notification about resignation from the position of member of the Supervisory Council, as from March 26, 2014 to dismiss the following persons from the position of member of the Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Latvijas ku?niec?ba”: Vladimir Egger, Mikhail Dvorak, Javed Ahmed, Rubil Yilmaz, Christophe Theophanis Matsacos, Simon Boddy, Ivars Girgensons, O?egs Stepanovs, M?rti?š Kv?ps, Art?rs L?manis and Kristo Oidermaa.
2) To elect the Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Latvijas ku?niec?ba” for a period of five years in the following composition, by setting the beginning of term of powers as from March 26, 2014:

4) To fix the annual remuneration fund for the members of the Supervisory Council of joint stock company “Latvijas ku?niec?ba” for fulfilment of duties in the amount of LVL 0.00 (zero lats).
