Drill-hole FPR2014_3 and 4 were infill holes targeting the upper gold zone. High grade gold mineralization occurs beneath a dacite dike in competent silicified rocks with mineralized shear zone drill indicated widths of 18 to 6 meters. Gold occurs in veins and disseminated pyrite in a combination of predominantly Quartz Monzonite and Mica Schist with sericite carbonate alteration. Drill hole PFR2014_2 was an exploration hole drilled at the same location of PFR2014_1 due east at minus forty five degree's to evaluate the eastern edge of the Orogrande Shear Zone.

(TSX-V: PEM; OTC Pink Current: PMMEF) ("Premium" or the "Company") announces that further to its news release of February 7, 2014 (the "News Release"), the Company has re-priced its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of up to 5,000,000 units (the "Units") at $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company (a "Share") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole common share purchase warrant, a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant would have entitled the holder to purchase a Share at a price of $0.30 for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance. Pursuant to the re-pricing, the total number of Units to be issued in connection with the Offering has been increased to up to 6,666,667 Units, and the subscription price of the Units has been reduced to $0.15. The Unit will now include a full Warrant with an exercise price that has been reduced to $0.25. The Warrants have a forced exercise clause to the effect that if the shares trade at greater than $0.60 for 10 consecutive trading days (following the expiry of the hold period), the Company may, on written notice to the holders of the Warrants, reduce the exercise period of the Warrants to a date that is not less than 30 days from the date of the notice.
