Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. ("Peregrine" or "the Company") (TSX: PGD) is pleased to announce the results of an independent diamond valuation for a 1,013.5 carat parcel of commercial-size diamonds recovered from the CH-6 kimberlite pipe. The average price was US$213 per carat and the entire parcel was valued at US$215,605. The modelled price ranged from a minimum of US$162 per carat to a high of US$236 per carat with a base case modelled price of US$188 per carat. The grade of the 404.2 tonne bulk sample that yielded the 1,013.5 carat parcel was 2.58 carats per tonne ("CPT") for diamonds larger than the 1.18 mm square mesh sieve size. Within the parcel, the four largest diamonds weighing 8.87, 5.83, 4.62 and 4.11 carats had per carat market values of US$4,076, US$3,455, US$2,900 and US$2,633 respectively. The CH-6 kimberlite is located on Peregrine's 100 percent-owned Chidliak diamond project ("Chidliak" or "the Project"), on Baffin Island, 120 kilometers from Iqaluit, the capital of Nunavut, Canada.

In preparation for future resource definition programs at its 100% owned Chidliak diamond project in Nunavut, Canada ("Chidliak"), Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. ("Peregrine" or "the Company") (TSX: PGD) is pleased to report that bulk sample Batch C, from the CH-6 kimberlite pipe on Peregrine's 100 percent owned Chidliak Diamond Project ("Chidliak" or "the Project") in Nunavut, Canada, which weighed 182.1 dry tonnes, returned a diamond grade of 2.87 carats per tonne ("cpt"). A total of 523.5 carats of commercial-size (+0.85 mm) diamonds was recovered, including 42 diamonds one carat or larger and 133 diamonds over 0.50 carat in size. The largest diamond is an 8.87 carat white/colourless octahedron. A significant portion of the parcel is gem diamonds and a population of yellow stones is present. Sample Batch C represents the final portion of a bulk sample weighing 404.2 dry tonnes that was collected by trenching the CH-6 kimberlite in 2013. As reported on December 3, 2013, the first 222.1 tonne portion of the bulk sample returned a grade of 2.70 cpt. The combined grade of the 404.2 tonne sample is 2.78 cpt and 1,124 carats of commercial-size (+0.85 mm) diamonds were recovered. An independent diamond valuation of the 1,124 carat parcel will be completed this quarter in Antwerp, Belgium. At a grade of 2.78 cpt, CH-6 is one of the highest grade kimberlite pipes in the world(i).

Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. ("Peregrine" or "the Company") (TSX: PGD) is pleased to report that a 222.1 dry tonne bulk sample from the CH-6 kimberlite pipe on Peregrine's 100 percent owned Chidliak Diamond Project ("Chidliak" or "the Project") returned a diamond grade of 2.70 carats per tonne, confirming that CH-6 is one of the highest grade kimberlite pipes in the world(i). The resulting diamond parcel consisted of 600.5 carats of commercial-size (+0.85 mm) stones including 48 diamonds over one carat in size and 137 diamonds over 0.50 carat in size with the largest diamond weighing 3.54 carats. A very significant portion of the parcel is gem diamonds. The diamond recovery process was completed by the Saskatchewan Research Council ("the SRC"). The CH-6 pipe is one of at least seven kimberlite pipes at Chidliak that are potentially economic.

Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. ("Peregrine" or "the Company") (TSX: PGD) is pleased to provide an update on activities at its 100 percent-owned Chidliak project ("Chidliak" or "the Project"), located on Baffin Island, 120 kilometres from Iqaluit, the capital of Nunavut, Canada. As reported on April 23 and June 3, 2013, a kimberlite sample weighing approximately 508 wet tonnes was collected from the CH-6 kimberlite by Peregrine in April. The entire sample has now been processed to a heavy mineral concentrate by dense media separation ("DMS"). Diamond recovery from approximately 1.1 tonnes of concentrate recovered from approximately 262 wet tonnes of kimberlite is underway at the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC") facility in Saskatoon. The diamond grade results from this portion of the bulk sample are expected by mid-December. An independent valuation of the resulting diamond parcel will be completed in early 2014. The DMS concentrate, weighing approximately 850 kilograms, from the remainder of the original 508 wet tonnes bulk sample is now in secure storage at the SRC and diamond recovery from this concentrate is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2014.
