SEC uses same wording for FUEG and AVNE. SEC slammed Face Up hard. The point is that, given the statistics, once an OTC stock is suspended unless it's all but impossible to come back even to pinks. The securities attorneys on the web say that Greys Sheets is more or less the morgue. PPS almost always collapses.
