Nitro Petroleum Inc. (OTCBB: NTRO) participation in the Elmo #2 well has finished drilling and logging. Based off logs, we are flat on structure to the Elmo #1 and in the same sand bar. Pipe was set to a depth of 3,540 feet. We anticipate the Elmo #2 to be comparable to the Elmo #1. We expect to complete the Elmo #2 on or before January 24, 2014. Nitro Petroleum Incorporated (OTCBB: NTRO) is announcing that a well they own interest in is preparing to spud today, 1-7-2014, named the Elmo #2 located in the W/2 of the SE of the SW/4 of Section 8-T16N-R2E in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. The well is a shallow venture with the target formation being the Osage-Layton Sand with a proposed drilling depth of 3,600'. This is an established Osage-Layton Sand Field with excellent offset production located 40 acres to the northwest of the proposed location. The drilling contractor is Walker Brothers Drilling Inc., Rig #17, which started moving in tools Saturday, 1-4-2014, and commenced drilling today, 1-7-2014. Drilling started with a 12 1/4" surface hole with 8 5/8" surface casing being proposed to be set @ 710'. A 7 7/8" production hole will be drilled with the ultimate goal of setting 4 1/2" production casing through the zone of interest. Nitro Petroleum Incorporated will announce further updates of the drilling of the Elmo #2 as it becomes available.

The well spudded 12-16-2013 with the primary target reservoir being the prolific sand producer named the Misener Sand with a secondary target reservoir being the Cleveland Sand which the well location is virtually in the north boundary of a producing Cleveland Sand Field. Cleveland Sand production adjacent to the drill site has accumulated oil in the range of 26,000 to 33,000 barrels of oil per well. Nitro Petroleum Inc. (OTCBB: NTRO) has recently perforated their Giant #2-21 in Section 21-2N-8W on Thursday, (10-17-13) in the Upper Sears Sand, 6566' to 6576' (10'), and in the Lower Sears Sand, 6680' to 6730' (50'). On the following Monday, 10-21-2013, Nitro performed an acid breakdown with 1500 gallons of 15% HCL on their well. Tuesday, 10-22-2013, Nitro swabbed all of their acid breakdown fluid (including water flush) with an encouraging 40 barrels of oil with 320# of shut-in gas pressure entering into the borehole after being shut-in overnight. Subsequently Tuesday afternoon, Nitro fracture treated the Giant #2-21 with 600 barrels gelled 4% KCL water and 10,000# of 20-40 sand allowing the well to be shut-in after treatment overnight till Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, (10-23, 24 & 25-13), Nitro installed the pump jack, ran rods & tubing, ran down hole pump, and set up the tank battery. Monday, (10-28-13), Nitro finished installing the flow lines, and installed the electric lines to totally equip the Giant #2-21. Tuesday, (10-29-13), Nitro started pumping the well back @ 9:30 AM and Nitro expects to have stabilized results within 15 days. As of today, the well has performed very well through the completion process and we will keep everyone informed as the well starts producing oil & gas.
