Sisson Project - Public Comments Invited

The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency is conducting a comprehensive study type environmental assessment of the proposed Sisson Project located in New Brunswick. The Agency invites the public to comment on the potential environmental effects of the project and the proposed measures to prevent or mitigate those effects as described in a summary of the proponent's Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report.
Northcliff to adopt Shareholder Rights Plan

Northcliff Resources Ltd. ("Northcliff" or the "Company") (TSX:NCF) announces that its Board of Directors has resolved to adopt a customary Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement (the "Rights Plan"). The Rights Plan is being adopted to help ensure the fair treatment of all Northcliff shareholders in connection with any take-over bid for the outstanding common shares of Northcliff. The Rights Plan will provide shareholders with additional time to properly evaluate and assess a take-over bid and gives the Board additional time to consider possible alternative transactions in order to maximize shareholder value.
Northcliff Files NI 43-101 Technical Report for Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum Project Feasibility Study

Northcliff Resources Ltd. ("Northcliff" or the "Company") (TSX: NCF) announced today that it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report (the "Technical Report") for the Feasibility Study of the Company's 100%-owned Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum Project in central New Brunswick. The positive results as described in the Company's January 29, 2013 news release and further documented in the Technical Report confirm the technical and economic viability of the Sisson Project, which is advancing to the next stage of planning for the CAD $579 million development.
