The company estimates that the necessary legal and accounting activities required to complete the upgrade will take approximately two weeks. At the same time, NutriPure also confirmed that the company has not issued any shares of any kind for the past two years and that its totals of both common and preferred shares outstanding have remained at the same number since February 2011.
