(the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: MXMI), announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent with Secure One Solution, Inc., a private Delaware corporation, to acquire the exclusive US license to market a bootable Universal Serial Bus ("USB") flash drive (the "Product"), that will enable users to access a complete suite of services and applications protected by the highest level of military grade internet security. These services include email, telephone and voice mail, IM, fax, paging as well as music, movies and video. The Product prototypes look and feel the same as the millions of other flash drives presently in use that mainly provide connectivity. The unique feature of the Product is that it contains a secure operating system separate from the hard drive together with a secure/hardened operating system, virtual private network and authentic back-up service.
