Huakan International Mining Inc. (TSX-V:HK) (OTC:MRMZF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Guixin Zhao has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2013. Mr. Pingzhi Guo, the current CEO of the Company, will step down as CEO, but will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Company.
