Hello everyone. We had a late day shooting till 3:30 am with the cast of The Brooklyn Brothers Movie on top of my building in LA. I'm taking the rest of this weekend off as its my B-day today but I read this and had to comment on so much twisting of facts.
I think you all know I pull no punches in saying what I think. That is one thing I admire so much about Mark Cuban, he is not afraid to say what he thinks and stick up for himself. Bashers love it when CEOs are sheepish and don't respond to their lies and when we do speak up they are appalled that the CEO would act that way. Well that strategy does not work with me. I ignore krea because you are a basher.
34th, you and I spoke on the phone and we had a nice conversation. Now I read your positive posts followed by negative post and you just make my head spin. Putting out there that Hi Point studios may not exist is beyond ridiculous. But good job trying to place some doubt in people heads. Why not post you are not sure if I exist. You say you are a share holder but constantly try to put doubt in everyone's brain. If the doubt made sense that is one thing but this stuff is just out there.
Hi Point was not built for us. We never said that. Its been there for 50 years. We work with them when they film movies covering them and in turn can use the studio without cost to us. It was not built by CCO, we never said that.
Warrior, I'm on the phone with Joseph all day, every day and we are growing so quickly and evolving every day. As new deals come to us we are constantly moving. I have answered questions about EZ VIP, Urban and Static. The thing is, we have been going through huge changes the last 4 months and i am keeping everyone up to date as best as I can. There are some things I can not talk about right now. A state of the company address would not work right now because we are in such a huge growth mode that it would change in 30 days.
I love the job the guys do at STT Radio. I think they are the best at what they do. My only issue is, i feel the gang of criminals that are organized and paid to try to bash stocks on Lie-hib has now gotten so out of hand that I will do nothing that has to do with that website. The previous owner went to jail for using that site to manipulate stock. So they move out of the US and change owners but do the same thing that is appears he went to jail for. One of leaders of the gang of bashers (Richard_Carmean aka rich) is a convicted felon . According to state records, He went to jail for beating up a girl and for drugs and still for some reason people are talking with him and befriending this low life.
I feel Paulyb is one of the biggest criminal dirt bags out there and now he is here as well. His posts are 95% lies. He posted and I will answer him one time " How much is the affiliate fee and when is it due? what is the agreement with affiliates for ad revs?" We don't pay affiliates they get a percent of the ad revenues both local and national on their station. A year ago we had website and now we have grown into television. Only a basher could try to make that sound bad. Up-listing was brought to us and we are pursuing it. It will take time. You posted... "where is the t-shirt money. That pretty well sums things up,t-shirt money might be bigger than sales." My response: "God, your an idiot" Now I am going to do what everyone should be doing in regards to these crims. I will never respond to them again.
Now back to people that are important to us... I have said since day one that people should not invest in our company if your are looking for a quick trading profit. None of us like where the stock price is, but we know that current stock price does not remotely reflect where we are as a company. Just taking a correct multiple of current book value puts the stock price way above where we are now. As we continue to expand the business and bring in new long term shareholders and new business associates, the price will correct itself and move in a positive direction.
Lastly, I think back to that post I saw from another CEO talking about how he understands why we just stop talking to shareholders with all the lies and personal attacks from these bashers. I feel for him but bottom line is these dirt bags will never win in the long run. I'll continue to talk to all of you that are incredibly important to us. We will continue to build this company and keep you in the loop as we do so. Sometimes I can't give you everything at one time as deals may depend on us keeping some information in our board room until it can be released. We saw that with Clear Channel. When we can share, we will and do our best to help you understand how the new pieces effect this every growing company.
