If EWSI does not get their 10-K filed on time, their venue will become Pink Limited Info the day after the filing is due. If they file an NT 10-K, then their time line is extended by 15 calendar days. If they miss the extension, then they become a delinquent filer and will be Pink Limited Info on either 16/17 April. What is a Pink Limited Info tier?
