Mr. Chan, a Chartered Accountant who is in public practice, was an assurance partner at a medium-sized public accounting firm for 21 years, providing advisory, assurance, non-assurance, financing, tax planning, and merger and acquisition services to businesses in Canada for over 30 years. His experience covers many industries, including finance and investment, manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling and distribution. Mr. Chan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kam and Ronson Media Group Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, as well as several Canadian private companies.
